About the role

Fully Remote | Up to £39,000 + Bonus

Aptitude Recruitment is partnering with a leading national training provider to recruit a driven Business Development Executive to support continued growth across the UK.

This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and making a real impact within the education and training sector.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key relationships, and promoting a broad portfolio of funded and commercial training solutions to employers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and engaging new employer partners
  • Managing and developing an existing pipeline of business opportunities
  • Promoting training and development solutions aligned to employer needs
  • Working collaboratively with internal delivery and support teams
  • Achieving agreed sales and performance targets
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity reporting

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Experience within training, education, apprenticeships, or skills (desirable but not essential)
  • Target-driven with a consultative sales approach
