Aptitude Recruitment is partnering with a leading national training provider to recruit a driven Business Development Executive to support continued growth across the UK.
This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and making a real impact within the education and training sector.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key relationships, and promoting a broad portfolio of funded and commercial training solutions to employers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and engaging new employer partners
- Managing and developing an existing pipeline of business opportunities
- Promoting training and development solutions aligned to employer needs
- Working collaboratively with internal delivery and support teams
- Achieving agreed sales and performance targets
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity reporting
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Experience within training, education, apprenticeships, or skills (desirable but not essential)
- Target-driven with a consultative sales approach
